 | As official record keeper of the county, all official records of the
County Commission are retained by the County Clerk. Also located in the
clerk's office are the rural school grade records dating fro 1914-1971.
These records are retained in the clerk's office and most of these records
have been micro-filmed according to state specifications. |
 | It is the responsibility of the County Clerk to set and post the agenda
prior to each meeting of the County Commissioners and to take minutes at each
of their meeting. |
 | Current information regarding townships and special road districts and
their boards are located in the Clerk's office. |
 | All records (with a few exceptions) that are located within the County
Clerk's Office are available to the public upon request. |
