Licenses

 

COUNTY LIQUOR LICENSES-Any establishment offering intoxication beverages for sale at retail in the county, whether in incorporated or unincorporated areas, is required to have a county liquor license in addition to a state license and municipal license (incorporated areas only).  A State Liquor License is required before applying for a County license. Prices for these licenses vary due to different types of licenses.

COUNTY AUCTIONEER LICENSE-Auctioneers doing business within Henry County are required to purchase a County Auctioneer License.

Cost of Auctioneer License:

bullet12 Months=$50.00
