COUNTY PLAT BOOKS AND MAPS-The 2006 Henry County Plat Books and Wall maps are available at the County Clerk's Office. Requests for plat books and maps may be made by remitting the appropriate payment to Gene Pogue, Henry County Clerk, 100 West Franklin, Clinton, Missouri, 64735. No plat books or maps will be mailed prior to payment being received. Plat Book price-$25.00 Mailing Fee-$3.00 Plat Wall Maps-$40.00
AGRICULTURAL GAS TAX REFUNDS-The County Clerk's Office is available to assist local farmers and other citizens in obtaining refunds of state tax on gasoline used in agricultural endeavors. Forms (#4923 and #4924) are available in the office or can be obtained through the Department of Revenue's web-site.
ADMINISTRATION OF OATHS-The County Clerk is available to administrate oaths of office to all elected and appointed officials throughout the county.
