bulletThe County Clerk is the Budget/Accounting officer for the county and accounts for all monies expended from and received into the 34 varied funds of the county.  This office reconciles with the County Treasurer monthly.
bulletThe County Clerk's office is responsible for the personnel system for the county by administration of the payroll, and employee benefits for all county employees.
bulletAll county bills are paid through this office. the County Clerk's office is responsible for the preparation of the county's annual budget, and the preparation and publication of the county's annual financial statement.
